The best way to describe myself as a Professional Chef in Maine is, blessed.
Not only am I extremely passionate about the art of cooking but I am blessed to be a pioneer leading the way in Maine as a chef that cares, nourishes, teaches, gives and surprises the folks visiting and living here in Maine. For many years I have called Bangor, Maine my home but now as I grow as a Chef I can honestly say that many communities in Maine can be my home. From Bar Harbor to Bangor to Kennebunkport and even Portland, I have experienced culture, local food provisions and native favorites in so many different ways. Just a few of my experiences in the last couple of years have been as The Corporate Chef to “Fiore Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars” and now the new “Maine Casting Chef” for reality food shows such as “Family Food Fight” have all taught me so much and given me so much more unique experience to pass on to all the wonderful people I have the privilege to cook for. Now, I have the honor to be The Private Chef for Oceans Edge Luxury Rentals in beautiful and historic Hull’s Cove, Bar Harbor, Maine! I can provide and deliver every guest the very unique “Maine Regional Cuisine” experience delivered right to the comforts of their vacation home away from home.

For the comfort and convenience of our guests we have partnered with Acadia Bike and Kayak to have kayaks and bicycles delivered directly to our guests at the property upon request. Our calm waters are ideal for kayaking and Acadia National Park’s miles of carriage roads are a short cycle away. Perfect activities for the whole family.
