Additional Rental Details
Occupancy: Rates are based on 8-person occupancy. Please add $800 for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 12 guests.
Peak Summer Stays: From June 28 through September 6, stays require a 4-night minimum and must fall within the Saturday-to-Saturday rental window shown above.
Partial-Week Quotes: When only part of a listed week is available, please inquire for a custom quote based on your dates and guest count.
Cleaning Fee: $750
Maine Sales Tax: 9%
Cancellation Policy: No refund unless the home is re-booked.
Booking Experience: No commissions, no real estate agents. Deal directly with the owner.
Optional Services: Private chef and housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
