The Hulls Cove property is one of the most desirable vacation rental properties in New England.

Since early March, we have been 100% booked for every week in all four months of the peak season that is June, July, August, and September in 2013.

The one exception as to unavailability during the peak weeks of this year is the first week of June which is now available due to a cancellation. (This 1st week of June could include an 8th day, and a full weekend not generally available with vacation rentals).

Weeks are still available in April and May, and in October and beyond.

We therefore urge you to:

• note the long week and full weekend now available in the first week of June, 2013;
• consider leasing the off-season weeks in the spring and fall of 2013, which are still generally available, and at substantially lower rates than the peak week rates; and
• consider leasing now peak weeks in 2014, which are presently available at 2013 rates but subject to certain increase soon.
